Fried chicken drumsticks are a classic and everyone loves them. I remember my grandma telling me how there used to be one recipe for fried chicken and today you can find a million versions of it, seems like every household has their own unique way of making them. In my family every generation has its own recipe, even my brother makes them his own way that varies from mine. No matter the recipe, in my family it’s like an unspoken rule to serve them with tartar sauce and mashed potatoes.
A bit of history behind fried chicken drumsticks is that Scots first made them as far back as the middle ages, they brought the recipe to United States, and after introducing it the American South it became an all time favourite. Today it has found its way to the Sunday dinner table and everyone loves them.
I’m sharing with you my version of the recipe and hope you’re going to like it. Check it out, try it out and share how it turned out!
